The party only really learns about the circumstances of the multiverse by the end of part 1, and even after that Taylor has no reason to either tolerate them or believe people who would warrant kill orders in her world are any necessary to save the multiverse (might include people like Ilias, which may cause problems if it's her route).
The apocalypse is also not as good an excuse this time. Monsters however have several individuals who not only devour people, but are completely unrepentant about it to the point some even seem to revel in it. I might be remembering wrong since it has been some time since I read Worm, but while Taylor does works with criminals and murderers, that's only after a long period of time where she was both inducted into a group with a social manipulator that had special interest in her due to her suicidal tendencies (this part is kinda fuzzy, so do correct me if I'm wrong), then lost faith in the authorities due to the Sophia fiasco, and later on had no choice because the city is destroyed/Slaughterhouse 9 is coming/the literal apocalypse is inbound.
